We are running deadlift tasters on a donation basis for anyone who wants to give lifting a shot. We offer a safe, supportive environment to try new things, have fun and get strong. If you’re keen, we have various time slots available. Book via eventbrite.
Wed 30th March - 12.30pm, 1.30pm & 2.30pm
Fri 1st April - 12.30pm, 5pm, 6pm & 7pm
Sun 3rd April - 12.30pm, 1.30pm & 2.30pm
All money raised goes towards funding our free courses for people with lived experience of trauma.
